Ashes are a symbol of penance made sacramental by the blessing of the Church. The words of the blessing — “Remember, you are dust, and unto dust you will return” — help us to develop a spirit of humility and sacrifice. Masses will be held in the main upper church. Stations of the Cross |
Led by a priest or deacon in the main upper church on Fridays during Lent for weekly Stations of the Cross. These will also be livestreamed here on the website. (Please note the new start time for 2022; Does not include Good Friday) Senior citizens are also invited to three opportunities with the school children at 2:00 PM on March 11, March 25, and April 8, 2022. Please note the children now have the option to be unmasked. |

Palm Sunday April 10, 2022 |
Passion Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week. At this liturgy, we recreate and celebrate Christ's messianic entrance into Jerusalem. Palms will be distributed and blessed at all Masses. |

Penance Service Tuesday, April 12, 2022 |
All parishioners are invited and encouraged to attend our Lenten Penance Service in the main upper church. Several priests will be available to hear private confessions and help us prepare our hearts for the passion, death and Resurrection of Our Lord, Jesus Christ. |
