Feedback on Small Group Leader Formation Course

I joined the Small Group Leader Formation because I wanted to start giving back to the parish. While I have never been a strong evangelist, I am excited to see how this program will be rolled out. I think this program will bear much fruit. -J.

I came with some skepticism: “one more thing”. I am asking the Lord to help me embrace what He wants me to do. -Anon.

I feel more confident in taking first steps toward creating a small group. (I’m trying to respond) with an open mind. -G.

I’m becoming more aware of the community and the gaps in people’s connection with each other in the parish. I’ve missed several sessions but am not yet seeing the “big picture” of the training. -H.

I am working to be open and to pray with this material. I am experiencing inner resistance. I am giving this all to God. If He wants me to do this, He must give me the energy, grace, time and desire. -T.

I feel that my understanding of the system (of small groups) has grown and I am better able to visualize what we are hoping to accomplish. -R.
