Everyone's favorite weekend of the year is just around the corner. (Psst....Gravitron and Collectible Corner are back...) Read on for some exciting news for the big weekend now less than two months away!
This year, the Golden Ticket is being auctioned off BEFORE the Fair and bidding is officially open! Bidders have a chance to win a wonderful list of weekend benefits for their immediate family including free rides, beverages, food, bingo, games tickets, a reserved parking spot, a personal table for the weekend, County Fair wearables for your whole family, and so much more.
The auction is now live, so visit nativitycountyfair.org to sign up and start bidding on a chance to win a wonderful list of weekend benefits for your immediate family. Bidding will end on Thursday, September 15 at 10:00 PM and one lucky family will start the Fair with a lot of exclusive benefits!

Donations Need: Cherry Tree, Bingo, Twinkie Walk
Three of our most popular games at the Fair are in need of your donations which can be turned in to either the school or parish office through Friday, September 16.
Cherry Tree ideas: art supplies, coloring books, match-box cars, tattoos, small action figures, small athletic balls, chalk, stickers, notepads, bubbles, games, puzzles, nail polish, trading cards, and stuffed animals. (Please no silly string, slime, candy, or soda.)
Twinkie Walk ideas: Any Hostess and Little Debbie brand treat favorites like Cupcakes, Ho Hos, Zebra Cakes, Oatmeal Crème Pies, Nutter Butter, etc. Please also consider donating allergen-friendly treat options from brands like Oreo (Gluten Free), Partake Cookies, Made Good, and Enjoy Life.
Bingo ideas: Gift card prize donations in $5, $10, $15, $20 increments from retailers like Amazon and Target, coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, et al.
Major Foods
Join the fun with Major Foods at the fair! Major Foods is still in need of booth attendants to take payments, serve food, or help with clean up.
Sign Up Online to Volunteer As a volunteer, you’ll cook or serve many of our famous offerings! Be a grill master making burgers and brats or serve our pulled pork and roast beef sandwiches, along with roasted corn on the cob.
You can’t dodge a good time! Men’s Club DODGEBALL is back! The Nativity Men’s Club sponsors an annual dodgeball event in the gym during the County Fair. Kids can buy a wristband for just $5 and play all weekend.
Sign Up Online to Volunteer HELP NEEDED! Grab a friend and sign up for a short, easy shift. Sign up your high school kids to help, too! Collect money, hand out wristbands, and referee the games with a live whistle.
Who should sign up to volunteer at the Fair? EVERYONE!
Whether you are a part of the parish, school, or NELC, the Nativity County Fair requires all hands on deck to fill the more than 1,200 shifts over the span of the 3-day event. There's a spot for everyone including students in grades 3 and above!

Calling all Nativity Bakers!
Support the Nativity County Fair by donating baked goods to the Nativity Bakery. Drop off your delicious donations in the Nativity Gymnasium on Friday, September 16 between 4:00 – 6:00 PM or on Saturday, September 17 between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Do you have an especially mouthwatering recipe? Enter the annual Nativity County Fair baking contest. Entries should be submitted at the same time as donations. Adults’ and kids’ divisions: win prizes and bragging rights! See you at the fair!
Raffle, Raffle, Raffle!
You must play to win!
The grand prize is $5,000, or one year of free tuition at Nativity of Our Lord School, plus more cash prizes.
Suggested donation for tickets is $5 each (although no purchase is necessary to win). Tickets will be mailed to parish households and also will be for sale at the Fair.
All Raffle tickets must be turned in to the Parish Office by Friday, September 16 or the Raffle Booth at the Fair by 5:00 PM on Saturday, September 17. Winning tickets will be drawn on Sunday, September 18 at 10:30 AM mass. Your presence is not required to win.

Bingo Donations Needed
Bingo is a time-honored tradition at Nativity County Fair, and we are calling all donors and fans to support our event with some various and gracious gifts needed to make this Bingo year a success!
We are asking for gift cards in $5, $10, and $25 increments from any of your favorite places to dine or shop. All donations can be left at the parish or school offices, just please be sure to address the envelope "Attn: Bingo Committee" and include your name and contact information.
Additionally, we are raising funds for three cash cover-all prizes – each at $100. These generous cash donors will be announced as the cover-all round begins. For cash cover-all donations, please reach out to Bingo Chairs, Ami and John Stanton, at ajstan19@comcast.net.
Merchandise Alert!
Nativity County Fair 2022 swag can be purchased on-site which is a change from pre-ordering in 2021. Shirts, sweatshirts, hats, stocking caps, pint glasses, and yard signs can all be picked up after Masses on Saturday, August 20 and Sunday, August 21.
Run to the Fair
Join in the fun! Run or walk with family and friends on Saturday, September 17. Visit www.nativitycountyfair.org to register, or sign up the morning of the run between 10:45 and 11:00 AM.
Registrants will be entered into a raffle to win a bike from Erik's Bike Shop. See you there!
Preschool Run starts at 11:05 AM.
Half-Mile Run (for Kinders-3rd grade) starts at 11:20 AM.
Bring your talents to the Nativity County Fair Talent Show on Saturday, September 17!
One of the premier and most popular main stage events, the NCF Talent Show is open to all children of Nativity Parish and School. It provides singers, dancers, musicians, and creative acts of all kinds the opportunity to share our kids’ unique and awesome talents.
Auditions will be held after Nativity School dismissal on Wednesday, September 7 from 2:45-4:00 PM in the Nativity Auditorium. Audition sign-up can be found at www.nativitycountyfair.org.
Decluttering? Round up your household items in good, clean condition for this year’s Collectible Corner and save them for Fair Week.
Home décor, table linens, Christmas and holiday décor, housewares, jewelry and antiques, toys and books are all good sellers. We are not able to take clothing, electronics, furniture, appliances, stuffed animals or Christmas trees.
Items may be dropped off at the school office during Fair Week in September.
Family fun at the Cherry Tree and children’s games on the playground! We have your favorite games including Fish Pond, Can Can, Bean Bag Toss, Lollipop Tree and Dip the Duck!
Kids, tweens, adults, and all can shine at the Youth Games, as there is something for everyone! Channel your inner NBA star as you shoot hoops for prizes, and don't forget to bring along plenty of quarters for chances to win at the popular quarter toss game.
Guess your speed and hurl a baseball as Pitcher Perfect returns for a third year, and take a shot at our basket toss. All this and more -- don't miss it!
They’re called Games of Chance, but your family is guaranteed to have a great time. The Wheel of Redemption returns with your chance to win jumbo prizes. Fair favorites returning are Perfect Putts and Skill Roll. And back by popular demand are Plinko and Off to the Races.
