The City of St. Paul has ended its
one-sided parking ban, effective at noon on Thursday, March 21.
Regular municipal parking regulations have resumed. Please see below for an update to the school's pickup protocols.
From Nativity School's principal, Kate Wollan:
"We are asking for NO PARKING ON STANFORD TOMORROW (Friday) so that those attending the funeral will have spaces to park off of our playground area.
Starting Monday - March 25th - NEW PLAN
"We have found the drop off on Stanford as an alternative option for families with 5th -8th graders has clearly calmed the traffic on the plaza side.
"Our plan is to continue to use the Stanford entrance and discontinue the second drive-through lane in the parking lot in the morning. That means that we will continue to leave open the parking spots directly in front of the Stanford doors for students to disembark from their vehicles. Patty’s car (red Volkswagen) will always be the first vehicle to the east of the entrance. Those who chose to park on the Stanford side may park east of Patty’s car all the way down our side of the property.
"Thanks for your assistance - our TA’s who previously managed the parking lot thank you as well!"
