March 10, 2019Winter One-Sided Parking Restrictions

Parking is NOT allowed on the EVEN numbered side of all RESIDENTIAL streets from March 4 until April 1.Residents should park on the odd numbered side of residential streets and follow normal posted parking restrictions on arterial (main) streets. See the Winter 1-Sided Parking Restrictions map to determine where to park.
- On Prior Ave., parking on the church (east) side of the street has been banned.
- The city moved the handicapped parking from the east side of Prior to parts of the west side of Prior. Please observe four temporary handicapped parking signs on that side of the street, and allow our lesser-mobile parishioners to use these spots.
- On Stanford Ave., parking on the school (south) side of the street has been banned.
- The city has given us an accommodation for funerals. The parish will work with the police to allow for the funeral hearse (and potentially the funeral procession cars as well) to park in front of the Church on Stanford.
- On Wellesley Ave., parking on the parish office (south) side of the street has been banned.
- This means that there is no parking allowed on either side of Wellesley from Prior to the end of the school parking lot.
- Sunday (3/10/2019) at 4 p.m. the one-side parking ban is put on hold.
- Tuesday (3/12/2019) at 8 a.m. Snow Emergency parking rules end. The one-side parking ban goes back into effect.

Snow Emergency - Sunday, 3/10
The city of St. Paul has declared a Snow Emergency beginning at 9pm tonight (Sunday, March 10).

Beginning at 9 p.m. on Sunday, March 10 , all NIGHT PLOW ROUTES will be plowed. Night Plow Routes include streets with signs posted that say "NIGHT PLOW ROUTE" and "NIGHT PLOW ROUTE-THIS SIDE OF STREET," as well as all of downtown.
Vehicles which are not moved from Night Plow Routes by 9 p.m. 3/10/2019, will be ticketed and towed.- Prior Ave. is a "Night Plow Route."
Beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, 3/11/2019, all DAY PLOW ROUTES will be plowed. If the street is not marked as a “Night Plow Route,” it is considered a Day Plow Route.
Vehicles which are not moved from Day Plow Routes by 8 a.m. 3/11/2019, will be ticketed and towed. People may only park in areas that have been plowed the full width.
- Stanford and Wellesley Avenues are "Day Plow Routes."
