Nativity of Our Lord and The Catholic Community Foundation of Minnesota are partnering to offer a framework — within the context of our Catholic faith — for decisions that individuals should make and communicate to loved ones as we prepare for eternal life.
 

Who should attend? 

Are you an older adult and you want to make sure that your final days are as faith-filled as your life to this point? Have you created a robust Catholic end of life plan?

Or, if you care for your own children as well as your aging parents, you are a member of what's known as the “Sandwich Generation.” You probably have many questions about end of life sacramental and estate planning. What should you do to protect your children? How can you help your parents as they age? Where do you start?
