Seven Sisters Apostolate

We are currently looking to begin an active arm of the Seven Sisters Apostolate here at Nativity of Our Lord.

The Seven Sisters Apostolate is a call for women to strengthen the Church by ensuring that a Holy Hour is prayed each day of the week for the sole intention of our parish priests.

It is a “holy wasting” or “lavishing of prayer” for their deeper conformity to Christ. Each woman commits to a Holy Hour on a distinct day of the week, thus covering a complete week.

The Holy Hour is ideally prayed in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, either in an Adoration Chapel or in front of a Tabernacle. We ask for a one-year commitment, which can begin at any time and is renewable each May.
